Terms & Conditions
A legal disclaimer
SECTION 1: TRACK TERMS & CONDITIONS (THE EXPERIENCE)
1. Assumption of Risk Motorsport is inherently dangerous. By entering the track, participants acknowledge that go-karting involves risks of serious injury or death. All drivers participate voluntarily and at their own risk.
2. Safety Compliance
-
Briefing: All drivers must attend a safety briefing before entering the track.
-
Gear: Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Helmets must be worn and fastened at all times on the track. Long hair must be tied back and tucked away.
-
Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for reckless driving, intentional bumping, or aggression. Staff reserve the right to remove any driver without a refund for failing to follow track marshal instructions.
3. Health & Sobriety
-
Drivers must be in good physical health and free from heart conditions, back/neck injuries, or epilepsy.
-
The use of alcohol or drugs before or during driving is strictly prohibited. Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be denied entry without a refund.
4. Damage to Property
Participants are responsible for any damage caused to karts or track infrastructure due to reckless behavior or failure to follow rules. Junglekart reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged components.
SECTION 2: KART SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS (THE PURCHASE)
1. Production and Lead Times The standard production cycle is 20–35 working days. While we strive to finish early, this timeframe allows for thorough quality control. Lead times for international orders may vary based on shipping schedules.
2. Payment Structure & Cancellation
-
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the build.
-
Final Balance: The remaining 50% is due upon completion. We will provide photos of the finished build; the unit will not be dispatched until the balance is cleared.
-
No Refunds: Because each kart is built-to-order, once production has commenced, the order cannot be canceled for a refund.
3. Shipping & Assembly
-
Logistics: All shipping costs are paid by the customer.
-
Design for Savings: To minimize shipping costs, karts are shipped in a "Quick-Assemble" format inside reinforced wooden crates.
-
Customer Assembly: The buyer is responsible for the final basic assembly. Junglekart provides full digital manuals and videos to ensure this process is simple and straightforward.
4. Limited Warranty
-
Frame: One-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
-
Battery: Six-Month Warranty.
-
Parts Replacement: If a part requires replacement under warranty, it will be shipped with the customer's next order to optimize logistics.
5. Liability for Use Upon delivery, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the safe operation and maintenance of the vehicle. Junglekart is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from the use, modification, or improper assembly of the kart by the customer.
SECTION 3: GENERAL TERMS
1. Final Inspection All karts undergo a 100% quality check before crating. We take responsibility for the product arriving in the condition promised. In the extremely rare event of total loss or unrepairable damage during standard transit, a full refund will be issued.
2. Intellectual Property Junglekart manuals, videos, and designs remain the property of Junglekart and may not be reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes without written consent.
