JUNGLEKART SHIPPING POLICY Production & Lead Times Our standard production cycle is 20–35 working days.

While we frequently complete builds ahead of schedule, this timeframe ensures each unit meets our rigorous quality standards.

Shipping durations vary based on the final destination. Eco-Smart Packaging & Easy Assembly To provide you with the most competitive shipping rates, our karts are shipped in a "Quick-Assembly" format.

This allows us to use ultra-sturdy, compact wooden crates that offer maximum protection while significantly reducing your freight costs.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated in addition to the unit price and are the responsibility of the customer. Thailand: Standard shipping rates apply for single units.

Deliveries to remote areas will require a separate shipping quote. International: For deliveries outside of Thailand, shipping costs are calculated based on the specific delivery address.

Payment & Cancellation Terms Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable once the build process has commenced. Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion. We will provide high-resolution photos of the finished product for your review prior to dispatch.

JUNGLEKART WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY Warranty Coverage Junglekart provides a tiered limited warranty to ensure your vehicle remains in peak condition:

Frame: 1-Year Limited Warranty.

Battery: 6-Month Limited Warranty.

In the event that parts require replacement under warranty, they will be consolidated and shipped together with your next order to minimize logistics costs.

Damage Protection & Arrival Refunds We conduct a comprehensive inspection of every unit before it leaves our facility. While the probability of transit damage is extremely low due to our specialized packaging, we provide the following protections:

Arrival Guarantee:

If a product is confirmed to be damaged upon arrival, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price. Responsibility: Junglekart takes full responsibility for shipping-related issues that occur during standard transit.

Returns & Order Cancellations Because each unit is built to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for cancellations once the production cycle has started or after the unit has been shipped.

Refunds are strictly reserved for units that arrive damaged. Simple Setup & Support Our karts are designed for rapid, basic assembly that requires no specialized mechanical background.
