This Refund Policy applies to all purchases, deposits, and bookings made with Pattaya Adventure Limited, trading as JungleKart (“JungleKart”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
 

By purchasing JungleKart products or services, you agree to this policy.
 

All Sales Final
 

All JungleKart vehicle sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted once an order has been confirmed or payment has been made.
 

This applies to:
 

• JungleKart vehicles

• Custom or configured orders

• Commercial or fleet purchases

• Pre-orders or production reservations
   

Deposits
 

Deposits for JungleKart vehicles, track bookings, or partnerships are non-refundable.
 

Deposits secure production slots, inventory allocation, or scheduled experiences and cannot be cancelled for refund under any circumstances, including:
 

• Change of mind

• Budget changes

• Business decisions

• Shipping timing

• Project delays outside JungleKart’s control
   

Track & Experience Bookings
 

All JungleKart track sessions, test rides, or experience bookings are non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be offered at JungleKart’s sole discretion and only when:
 

• Requested in advance

• Availability allows

• Weather or safety conditions require closure
   

No refunds are issued for missed bookings or late arrivals.
 

Manufacturing & Delivery
 

JungleKart vehicles are manufactured or prepared to order.

Variations in production time, shipping time, or import processes do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
 

Customers are responsible for:
 

• Import regulations

• Duties and taxes

• Local compliance requirements
   

Faulty or Damaged Products
 

If a JungleKart product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or transport damage, JungleKart may, at its discretion:
 

• Repair the product

• Provide replacement parts

• Offer technical support
   

Refunds are not provided.
 

Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
 

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback after agreeing to this policy constitutes a breach of purchase terms.

JungleKart reserves the right to:
 

• Provide this policy as evidence

• Recover costs and fees

• Refuse future sales
